Just a quick thank-you to Dave (Team DeeJay). I posted on 1/29/2010 – I was having difficulty using the updated Geocaching.com site.

The problem was with my Internet Explorer – I downloaded IE 8 and everything is fine. I like some of the new features of the GC.com site!

The GC site has been hosed all morning and now it’s just down….the update didn’t go so well I guess….glad I got my query done yesterday.

Don’t know if it’s just me, but now there aren’t any icons on the cache pages (attributes, cache type), and none of my photos come up in my gallery, on my cache pages, and in the logs. Or other people’s photos. 😡 😡 😡

The site doesn’t like me. Photos come up reeeeeeeeeeally slowly for me, and I’m not even going to try to upload any for a while. What’s bad is that a lot of our cache pages have photos on them, and a couple have the images for the puzzles on them that don’t show up right away. Also, I can’t get Advanced Search on the front page to do anything for me. 😡 😡 😡
