Downloading waypoints

Do you HAVE to use GSAK if you want to download ALL the waypoints for a cache? If a listing has the parking coords and a couple of reference points. Does Easy GPS do that?

I noticed that EMTCOP listed all the temp caches as waypoints. Would I have to use GSAK to download all them?

Usually when I download of the cache page I get all way points on that page. But I use mapsource and Garmin

I use EasyGPS and a Magellan, and always get all the WP’s when I download the GPX file.

Also, when downloading to my Garmin dash unit, it also recieve all the WP’s.
