Event Photo Contest
New this year, we will be having an event photo contest. Bring along your camera or any other device that takes pictures. Snap pictures throughout the weekend. Geocaching, camping, fishing, pulling mustard, socializing, eating pancakes, etc. All great subjects for a photo!
We’ll be giving away a 2010 WGA Geocoin to the winning photo.
Photo submission will be via email. Address will be published at the event and after the event we’ll publish it here and on the event page.
So grab your cameras and take lots of pictures!!

05/22/2011 at 10:25 pm #1948075Submit your best event photos to: photos(at)wi(dash)geocaching(dot)com
05/22/2011 at 11:40 pm #1948076do we have any spoiler concerns? (for the tiny bit of caching that we did????) We have some photos that I would consider submitting, but don’t want to “spoil” any future finds…
05/23/2011 at 1:40 pm #1948077Thanks, Cheeto 😉

The owner of any such cache should be consulted before submitting/posting spoiler pictures.
Being the owner of 3 caches in the park for the event I only ask that you not post a picture of the “blue man”. If you have a great picture of kids finding the “bug motel” please by all means submit them. Even if they show the container, I’m ok with that.

sounds like a good tip. I probably would have asked Mrs. S anyway. We only got 3 anyway 🙄 A lake filled with bass was just too tempting for the male anglers in our team….

You posted some great pics to the cache page… you and your camera do a very nice job!!
05/24/2011 at 11:56 am #1948081Please remember to submit your photos to the email address. Photos posted to the cache page or facebook are not going to be assumed to be entries for the contest.
Also, please limit your submissions to your best (3 – 5) pics. This will help everyone in voting for their favorites.
Great pics submitted so far. Keep em coming!
