Filter / Notification

Being a tech junkie I’m struggling with this forum. I’m used to having the ability to get a daily / weekly summary of all the new topics / posting and I’m not seeing that here. Is it possible?

Second – If the first isn’t available, what’s the easiest way to see the newest posts / replies for existing posts within the forum?

I just hit the button that says view posts since last visit.
