My plea for help is this: What needs to be done to host/hold a flash mob event? I havent been to any YET so I need some guidence. Any & all suggestions/ideas will be greatly appreiciated.

    Thanks

Strictly speaking, a flash mob event is the easiest event to host. Find a spot and a theme and post it.
The allotted time goes by FAST, so make sure you have everything planned out ahead of time. Someone to pass out log sheets; someone to collect them; someone to keep track of time, etc. Make sure you have someone taking pictures because you probably won’t have time.
It’s not required, but a place to meet afterwards might be a good idea. It can’t be a seperate event, but it makes it more attractive to someone from out of town.

      Thanks TBC…

I would have never thought of having people helping like you had mention or having a little meeting place afterwards. I had an idea that it would be like a fast in & out type of thingy but how to manage the process was a different thought.
      Thanks again.

And I hope others will share their input also.

Do you need some ideas of things that we have done at FBs?
We have only attended two. One was a pillow fight and 15 minutes was too long, LOL.
The other was Musky season opener and we all pretended we were casting fishing rods. Neither had meetings after, mostly because they were set up by local chambers. None the less they were fun.

I was thinking about doing a flash mob at the old Chip and Dale cache in Green Bay. For those who don’t remember, this was the one that got blown up by the bomb squad last March.
