    You might want to consider Scuba diving lights. They are bright and if you happen to drop it in water… no problem. The one I have is very bright and has a wide beam. I also have a panther vision hat. I like it because the LED’s are built into the brim so you are never forget the clip-on (disadvantage: doesn’t come in a stocking cap version).
