Does anyone have a garmin astro 220 that lives near Milwaukee?
We have had an Astro 220 since last March for our little Jag. It is great for geocaching in new areas, and old ones too, to keep track of up to 10 dogs. It works wonderfully, and gives us peace of mind that we can find Jag if he gets lost or gets hurt (done that – broken jaw) and can’t get back to us. We live near Devil’s Lake State Park (Sauk City area). don’t know if that’s any help to you. Questions…email us.

nohands .. hotdogs would be a great help to you to see how it works .. worth the trip up to the Dells
I need to physically see it to see if I can modify the gps holder to accomdate it’s unique shape or find a generic holder that will work with that unit and connect to the gooseneck.
According to ram mount, it uses the same cradle as the 60csx. Never having held one of these units but by looking at photos, it looks like its the exact same shape as the 60csx only longer.
Thanks, that helps.
We still use some of the holders for Bonnie’s Garmin 2+ unit that it replaced. It fits pretty much the same size as that.
The Asrto can also be used to keep track of the kids.
