Garmin Etrex Venture

I just got a Garmin Etrex Venture HC and have a question about it.

How do I enter a new waypoint when doing a multi or puzzle?

Far as I can see, the only option I have is to edit a current waypoint. I looked at all the menus and instruction manual.. Much thanks to those that reply.

Ummm, I think you need to push down on the toggle button, and then enter the coords. Just like you were to ” Mark” a location. I have a “Mark” button on my map 60, so I think that’s how I did it on my old Etrex.

Holding down the click-stick is actually the short cut for marking a waypoint. You can also mark a new waypoint from the main menu by selecting mark. The screenshot below isn’t from the VentureHC though I’m sure its pretty similar.
