I bought this in October 2007. I had no real problems except for being owner related (LOL).
It has never been dropped & always has been in the case.
No special bells & whistles….sorry but the GPS unit comes with the case & instruction cd & the cord(s) to plug into the computer to download the coords. You can download the owners manual from online.
