GC.com email notifications?

Any one else having problems recieving notifications fron GC.com?
I have had about 8 new finds on my caches and other notes and have only gotten about 6 out of 20 owner notifications.

It usually catches up overnight when worldwide logging rares are high on weekends. I’ve had watchlist and log notifications coming in slowly all day on caches that I had already known about activity on from conversations with other cachers.

I wasn’t getting them for months, then all of a sudden they started showing up again. Wonder if it had something to do with finally remembering to pay my membership? 😉 😆

We got 4 notices from after 9:00 p.m., but none previous to. ❓

Email Server Issue February 1, 2009
from Geocaching Announcements
Sometime early this morning, some minor filesystem corruption on our mail server caused outbound delivery performance to be severely reduced and a large backlog of email accumulated on the server.

The filesystem has been repaired and delivery performance has returned to normal levels. Due to the large backlog of email, it will probably take most of the day to fully deliver all queued mail.

I’ll continue to monitor the server’s health closely over the next several hours but I don’t anticipate any further issues.

We were amazed at the number of caches that were found, of questionable winter-friendliness!!!
