Wi’s first Geo-Post Office made its debut at our wonderful event cache “Hylivin’ in the Heights!!” today. Here’s the link: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=a898c86f-db82-479f-aa28-e5fec83bdf43
Basically, cachers send and recieve postcards from each other through here. You write out a post card, launch it here, and other cachers deliver it closer and closer to the destination cache (kinda like a TB). Once it reaches or is near its destination, the deliverer contacts the sender/reciever and let’s them know where it’s at.
Anyways, you can find out more about it by clicking the link.
I would encourage you to be the first to set-up a GPO in your hometown. It would be wonderful if we could have a large system of GPO’s over our great state of Wi..!![/url]
Doesn’t sound like my kind of thing. Two maybe three days for snail mail. Might be months for this P.O. We’ll wait and see. Maybe my mind will change.
