I just noticed geocaching.com no longer has links to their old-style maps (the slow, clunky, hard-to-use maps that were in place in the early days before google maps). The only thing I will miss is the feature to show archived caches. It was nice to see what caches used to be in a particular area. I’ve had a lot of deja-vu caching experiences recently (“haven’t I been here before?”) and with the ability to show archived caches, I could easily find which cache used to be there. I’m not going to sweat it given that the new google maps are pretty awesome but did they perhaps make this feature availble somewhere else?
