Anyone else having problems with geochecker? When making a coord check, we’re getting:

“Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result set in /home/simusi/public_html/index.php on line 1031
Logging query #1 failed : Table ‘gc3_pointcloud’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired.”

Sounds serious. Nothing on the main gc formus that we can find.

I have not been able to get it to work ……….

Glad to hear it isn’t just me. I had a sudden insight about one of the two remaining puzzles in Point once I got home, and it’s driving me nuts, cause I can’t find out if I’m right!

Ya I am getting the same thing. I had a lot of DNF field solves today and I wanted to make sure I was moving the right snow.

Looks like it’s back up now.

Looks like all my dnf’s didn’t end when I came home. 3 Field solves 3 incorrects. Sheesh Thank god there are traditionals.

Yeah, I wasn’t correct with mine, either. At least I didn’t actually try to find this one today. No wait….we did. Briefly.

Geochecker quite frequently doesn’t work for me, except the message I keep getting is “Incorrect”. 😉

…same here, especially on those s|s puzzles with so many interpretations and me making so many mistakes…

I noticed Hemi’s note about not getting the field solves correct. This is why I often put geochecker on my “field puzzles” even though the cache puzzle is meant to be solved out in the field… That way if they do dnf or want to gather info, come home, solve, and then return to find the cache another day then they can and get assurance on the solve. Probably not too useful for out-of-town cachers but for those in the area, it probably comes in handy.

    Yeah for geochecker!
