we mite go to Germany in 2008 and we have been looking at the caches there and cant read any of them is there a way to convert them all to English before putting them into the PDA and will I need to change the gps to what ever there code is there I don’t know what to call it but I know when I got the gps it had to be set to the code for the USA.

You might be able to cut and paste the information and translate it with an online site like babelfish.com If nothing else, it should get you close enough to figure it out.

You might try contacting the cachmeister, many Europeans are required to study English in grammar school. Our daughter’s AFS student from Germany spoke better English than some of the people posting here. 🙄

And I as well. If you had met Maren, you would know that this was not an insult to any who frequent these boards.
I spent 2.5 years over there and couldn’t quite master the language. But I am able to order beer and ask for directions to the rest room. LOL
