I think this is neat…
A group of friends use a 2012 GMC Terrain Smaller SUV and its navigation system in a geocaching scavenger hunt. They use the SUV’s interior USB port to play MP3 clues along with OnStar gps tracking to locate the coordinates of the geocaches they hunt.

It is cool, but does it appear, at the end, that they simply toss the underwater cache back? Wouldn’t they have to dive again and reattach it?
And is a USB with “clues” allowed via the normal GC.com rules? And even if the answer is “yes”, would you ever plug an unknown USB drive into any of your devices?
Like tossing a nano back into the marsh…. 😈
Anyone check out the coords for the final? 😈 😈 You’d think they’d actually point to something of brand value. Missed ‘viral opportunity.’
Final coordinates could be an abandoned house out in the middle of nowhere where the people start disappearing from the group.
