I’m in Appleton, but I’ll also be heading up by Superior (Bayfield/Iron River area more specifically) on the 4th of July weekend. I’d love to take a few with, but We go up to my family cabin a lot also (near Langlade) where I could do a drop.
I’m thinking maybe I’ll have to just get lucky and find a few to transport- I’m going on vacation the 12th-19th but if there were any left after that I could do something with them.
Maybe I’ll be able to snag some (or at least one) Arizona ones to bring back here. Heh heh.

I definately want to get a bunch into the Fox Valley and Northern WI also. If anyone from the Appleton area wants to meet me about halfway (from Milwaukee), I could make a run up there Friday after supper.
Let me know
06/09/2004 at 4:24 pm #1737193I’d like to- but Friday night wouldn’t work well for me. I work evenings in Oshkosh (4:45 until about 8:15)- then I fly out of Green Bay on Saturday afternoon. Earlier in the day Friday (or tomorrow) I could do- I have nothing going on during the day except maybe packing, but in all honesty I’ll probably pack Saturday morning.
06/09/2004 at 5:58 pm #1737194Jeeps for the Hotdogs?? We’re planning on a southwest run this weekend, down close to the Mississippi River. If you need some in that area or around Devil’s Lake, count us in!!

Also, the very first Wisconsin Jeep has been deposited in a cache today. The cache is in Milwaukee County, it’s a multi and it’s near my house . I’ll try to get the bug “drop” recorded soon.

06/10/2004 at 2:18 am #1737197We could make arrangements to meet you in Fond du Lac area on Friday Night and put some around here and we could then get some to Appleton/Green Bay area. Let us know if this will work.
Bill06/10/2004 at 2:36 am #1737198Bill,
I would love to get you some for your neck of the woods. What time works for you on Friday. I don’t work but not sure what my schedule is at night yet.
Maybe we can meet half way? Perhaps somewhere near 41/60 or 41/33?
06/10/2004 at 2:46 am #1737199Brian,
I work until 8pm in Waupun and could meet you after that or I could have Debbie meet you if you wanted it to be earlier. She will be done at work at 5pm. I would also be able to do it earlier in the morning.
Bill06/10/2004 at 3:00 am #1737200I heard someone recently mention it would be nice to customize some of these Jeeps. There are 4000 identical yellow jeeps out there. I think it could be fun to give them some flare. I’m thinking about adding some nurf bars, whooley boogers, light bar, winch, and installing a lift kit
06/10/2004 at 11:36 am #1737201I’m a model railroader. That is entirely possible! If I can put a squirrel the size of a pencil tip inside of a model tree…. we can stick a winch on one of those jeeps! LOL
06/10/2004 at 12:50 pm #1737202Uh…do I even want to find one with a ‘whooley booger’? I can’t say that I have any clue whatsoever what a ‘whooley booger’ is, but it sounds….like something I might not want to come across.
06/10/2004 at 2:15 pm #1737203When you get your bug…. be sure to activate it and print out the instruction sheet. The instruction sheet should be placed in a baggie with the Jeep.
I made the mistake of hiding the first Jeep and then activating it. Now I’m headed back with the instruction sheet.

06/10/2004 at 2:29 pm #1737204If you’re free today, I could drive down to wherever and pick some up. I have all day.
06/10/2004 at 3:02 pm #1737205Thennig,
I work today but am available this morning. If we act fast I could meet you.
I’m at the computer so send me an email. Perhaps meet along Hwy 41. (email under my signature). I would have to leave soon to make this work.
Otherwise if you want to make it later, I can email you my home coordinates and leave them in an ammo box on my front steps.
