Groundspeak Surveymonkey survey

Anyone else fill out there premium member survey? I was suprised to get a survey, wish more companies would do these to help improve things. I gladly filled mine out.

Got mine. Filled it out. told them to give me free stuff for filling out their survey. Let’s see if it works 🙂

I liked the part where it asked where you go for geocaching related help, and got to say “another forum” as ALWAYS, since the WAG is of course my defacto go to page for all things caching…

Who and where do you find the survey or how do you know they sent it to you is it done through e-mail or when you sign on to GC.com

It wasn’t kicked out by the spam filter. I check my spam filter at least 1x per day.

I was selected for the survey and just filled it out. I was happy they sent it!

Was surprised to see that in the inbox last week. Looked over the address and everything looked legit, so I filled out the survey.

I should keep this story to tell at parties.

I read on the groundspeak forums that the survey was sent based on your email preferences on your geocaching.com account.

I would say if you had this setting set:
– Do not inform me of helpful tips, new features and changes to the web site.

Then you did not receive the survey.

And they commented that if you change the setting now it’s too late.

I think it’s pretty cool that they are inquiring with their paying customers to find out what they want.
