Main objective will be to hike from the Devils Kettle to the Cascading Waterfall and Felsenmer in Grundy Canyon. There are many caches throughout the area. There is also a 5/5 cache available Grundy Canyon Adventure. Do some research about the area before hand or just tag along and just enjoy the ride, guaranteed to be a hoot and a holler, or something like that. Bring extra water and snacks.
This will be a gathering for cachers and hikers alike. The event will start at 9:00. From there about 10:00 we are planning on hiking into Grundy Canyon. With the spring snow melt the water fall and kettle should be perfect.
Conditions will be rustic.
We may have some drawing at the end of the day for some prizes (Ace Hardware of Ladysmith already said they will donate some small items) and it will be a bring your own lunch kind of deal, unless anyone has suggestions.
