It’s okay.  I just wanted to bring back this thread to see where it went.  I had wondered what ever happened to the regions, now I see by reading this thread in it’s entirety.  All the bickering (maybe a little too harsh a word?) was it’s downfall.  However, I would like to thank WA for posting this on FB somewhere.
