I have been awaiting the designation we might get, hoping we don’t end up with that “hillbilly” thing zuma mentioned (although there is that matter of Trekkin’ and his banjo).

While Timberline Echoes are very proud of the as yet unnamed region of the state they are from, I doubt that they claim it as their own. Even the Sandlanders named themselves after the land rather than vice-versa.
I was really hoping that the offical cartographer of the Kingdom of Selzzup would offer a rendering of currently known lands…Ah! I was waiting for YOU to post a new map, since you are doing it in COLORS.
OK, I have waited ….. How did you do the map with color?
01/12/2009 at 1:28 am #1895628Marc, if you draw the lines and give the realms names, I’ll colorize the map…

Well, Birdin’ your area could be called Panking-Land, or that could be TE’s area too. So, maybe Trekkin’ and Mr. TE could Yopper wrestle for the Panking-Land Title. The loser would get the title of Boondocks and up this way could be called Hickland or Hickville.
01/12/2009 at 3:22 am #1895630Cheesehead, I like to refer to your area as God’s Country.
01/12/2009 at 4:00 am #1895631Thank you but it’s my opinon the the majority considers this area the latter, cuz we don’t have any modern resoureses up this way ya know and ya can’t say that anymore cuz someone might get mad.

I’ll consider that when making my map ……..
Just noticed your WWZD. LOL !
01/12/2009 at 3:13 pm #1895633Map is getting too big, and the names do not show adequately.
01/12/2009 at 3:18 pm #1895634Back to the original areas. After all, do we care about those outlanders!?
01/14/2009 at 3:36 am #1895635Um, Marc…maybe you want to turn the drawing part back over to TBC. With your skills, I think you have a future with a telestrator in some NFL booth.
Don’t put Sandland farther south than Hwy. 82, and add the Petrified Forest along the I-39 corridor.
As long as they won’t be on the map anyway, can’t we satisfy T&B by not referring to “hills”? Certainly someone can come up with a play on “coulee”, like Cool Cacheland.
01/15/2009 at 4:45 am #1895636In preparation for the gala event upcoming, the Captain of the Guard has, hopefully with the blessing of the King, relaxed the security on the borders of Selzzup, in a good will effort to encourage the people of the neighboring lands to travel freely and discover the cornicopia available in the great Kingdom of Selzzup.
(Your Majesty, if I have overstepped my bounds, I will clamp the borders closed upon your word)

01/15/2009 at 11:14 am #1895637Yes, Your Majesty! Lax your security! It is cruel and inhuman to dig graves in the Land of Standing Stones in this biting cold.
We would hate to build funeral pyres, as well, although the heat would be a comfort! 😯01/15/2009 at 4:46 pm #1895638I haven’t looked at this thread since the first few posts, but now, seeing the map, I wanna peice! 😀
