Geocaching Radio is a free internet audio program for the Geocaching Community, by the Geocaching Community. In this kid safe show we interview different cachers from all over the world. (not just Mississippi)
There are several ways to listen, hopefully soon there will be more, but the easiest way to just get a show and listen to it is to click on Download Show on the left hand side. That will bring up a list of shows and you click on the one that you want to listen to.
Now the Much cooler way to listen it to get the podcast feed. But before you can get a podcast feed you have to have a program on your computer that will handle all of these feeds. This program is called a Podcatcher. (get one here for your system) Now with this program installed add the XML Feed on the left and start downloading podcasts.
Well now that you have downloaded the podcast how do you play it? You can use any MP3 player, from software like windows media player on your computer to syncing with a portable player like an iPod.
I suggest we add this to the Links section of the WGA board.
i think thats a great idea. actually im the guy that hosts the show and if anyone has any comments or wants to be on the show, please contact me.
and if yall have a linkbox or can make one, i will gladly put it on the side of the website.

Georadio appears to be off the air.
I have 90% of the episodes on my PDA to listen to when I have nothing else going on.

I know DeltaDawg, webmaster at http://www.georadio.org, is alive, but is he well? Can’t tell. He won’t reply to any of my emails about hosting podcasts, although that’s what he is looking for (and needs). He doesn’t seem to want anyone’s help with
the site, either.The last published podcast at his web site was 7/16/05. Supposedly he was too busy recently to keep the site and content
up-to-date. That’s a shame. He’s missing out on the wave. In the meantime, I’m close to starting my own replacement site and RSS feed for all those who want a clearinghouse for freelance geocaching podcasts.
