Wish they had put the 10yr icon these too but still had fun. The geocaching app came up with the bigger icon a little bit ago.

Lil cheeto and I cached on 10/10/10. 17 finds, no dnf’s.

Highlights:
– First time caching in Manitowoc. New County. New Delorme Page.
– Attended the Goofy Hat Flash Mob Event
– #1200th milestone.
– Found a 5 difficulty hide that earned the difficulty. W00t!
– Got to cache with team Sweetlife.
– Found several of the Harry Potter series which we enjoyed much.

A very fun day 10/10/10 turned out to be.

we did a quick run after dinner tonight and earned our icon as well… did a fun kid’s cache that made it worth while as we had written the day off.

Did three with a friend while taking a circuitous route through the Dells to a birthday party not far from there. Beautiful day to be out and about!

We picked up 5 today in the Brandon area. One of the best days of caching yet…the weather was absolutely perfect and we picked up some great caches.

I got mine and so will my girls (assuming they still qualify even though it won’t likely be logged today).

I think to count, the goal was to get as many individual accounts to log a cache on a single day…. today.

Either everyone is procrastinating logging their find, the log stats aren’t accurate, or not that many people decided to participate…. So far, the stats look like any other Sunday.

I had a souvenir icon pop us as soon as I logged my find. I only did one for us and it came up.
