Can anyone help me on how to change my email address from my charter.net addy to my yahoo addy???
I can not get my charter email to work on my android phone & would like to be able to recieve notifications for Wi Geocaching.
I have tried to change to info on my profile & my account but when I get the email asking me to click on the link to make the change it says the email address is already registered. Then I go to look for the new email addy & it still has my charter addy listed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Becky
Just click on Your Account on the top bar, click the Change Info button, and change the address. Don’t forget to hit the Save changes button at the bottom.
The website won’t allow you to change your email without assistance. You’ll need to send an email to [email protected], or send me a PM.
