Recently I have been in contact with an associate Professor form UW Stout in Menominee WI about helping with a high school science Olympiad to be held April 2, 2005.
This 120 minute competition will be relating to GPS technology, geocaching and orienteering. There will approximately be 25 teams of the top high schools science students from throughout Wisconsin. I am looking for people to help with questions to ask these students (and the answers for me) and geocaching puzzles to challenge the students. I do need to be careful that the competitors don’t get an unfair advantage and that goes for competitor’s science teachers also.
So all ideas should be emailed to me and not posted. If you could come up puzzles and questions that would be a great help. Post a note if you would like to help and I will get back to you or you can email me at natloh at chorus dot net.
I’d be glad to help. Drop me an email with more details about what you’re looking for.
