According to this website today is ‘Hoodie Hoo’ day.
And I quote:
When : Always on February 20
On this winter day, people go out at noon, wave their hands over their heads and chant “Hoodie-Hoo”.It is a day to chase away winter and bring in spring. After all, everyone in the northern hemisphere are sick and tired of winter at this point and a little crazy being cooped up inside all winter and not seeing the sun.
Hoodie Hoo Day is a copyrighted holiday. It was created and is provided, courtesy of the great folks at Wellcat.com
Commentary:
– How does one ‘copyright’ a holiday?
– I call dibs on the 4th of July!
– Do not worry about the copyright, cachers say hootie-hoo. Notice the difference in spelling, capitalization and the hyphen.
Well I tried to do this at noon today — darn geocache was not meant to be found!!

Is there a cache involved? 😯
I did look at that Wellcat.com site. I think these guys might be smoking some those herbs that they sell.
