Many sites will have refurbished nuvi’s for around $90-100. A nuvi 200 or 205 is a good starter GPS. I’m using a friend’s right now until I get the cash to get my own. She does not need it for the time being and it’s just collecting dust – lol.

For new, Wally World has a Nuvi 205 for about $128.

I’ve also seen a refurbished Tom Tom 130 on sale at Radio Shack’s website for about $59 after rebate, but Tom Tom doesn’t always have good reviews when compared to Garmin Nuvi’s.

I have yet to talk to a Tom Tom user that says he likes the device.

I got my nuvi 200 for $108 from Wally World and it works great!

We ended up with (44) of the event caches. It was a long hot day, and we just ran out of time. Fun was had by all.

I travel in the slow lane w/ LOSTMom & crew; however did manage 17 finds… and picked up a few more in WB yesterday. Especially like the IAT hiking, we had a great time!
