Tis the season…..As I’m starting to dig in to a couple new puzzles to solve, I looked at how many I have solved but have not yet had the chance to actually find; 17, including Pirate Pete’s Plunder, which I see is up for COTM right now. I’m not even sure if all of these are even available anymore.
So how many unfound solutions do YOU have sitting around?
11/21/2008 at 11:07 pm #1898185I know of two recent ones, but I’m not that organized to keep track of other ones I may have solved a while ago.
And then there are those recent WSQ ones by marc_54140 that you can find examples of but are too far away to get the find on. Need to plan a big cemetery field trip east and northeast to claim those.
11/21/2008 at 11:59 pm #1898186a few. most are outside my normal driving distance for caching so they sit and wait.
11/22/2008 at 12:37 am #1898187Around 65.

Your window for 2008 on this one is shrinking…now it is deer hunting season, and soon it will be under snow!
On the Left Side of the Road...11/22/2008 at 1:17 am #1898189Probably around twenty. I try to solve the puzzles in the areas that I will travel to. Most of the time I don’t have time to find them all so they just stay in my puzzle folder.
#1 on my list of solved but unfound is “Lateral Thinking” down in Milwaukee. I have visited ground zero twice, but it has been missing both times. Grrr
In the winter, not only do I solve puzzle, but I find them. I LOVE WINTER CACHING!! (maybe I should start a thread on that 😀 )

11/22/2008 at 3:03 am #1898191Between Wisconsin, Nevada & Utah we have about 35 solved but not found puzzles and another 20 or so that we know are field solves.
We had more that were solved but we found a few. Now just to solve Stereogensis11/22/2008 at 3:18 am #1898192I keep my solved puzzle caches on a spreadsheet. I have 6 of them solved right now, but have forgotten them over the past year. Maybe when the baby is a little older(and it’s not so cold) we can search for them. I do like winter caching, but my husband was not too happy about trekking through the snow last year and pulling the kids on their sleds. Maybe I need to buy him snowshoes for Christmas this year!

Snowshoes make an excellent X-mas gift! I got a pair of Atlas for X-mas 2 years ago and the hiking polls last year.
11/22/2008 at 3:25 am #1898194I think I have about 15 to 20 of them solved, but not found. THe others that are solved, are archived.
I hate puzzles.
11/22/2008 at 3:29 am #1898195There you go Kat!!!
I don’t care for puzzles either.
Say it with me…..
Mr. Butschlitz would not approve of Puzzles!!!!!
11/22/2008 at 1:46 pm #1898196We’ve got 62 solved and not found. Probably about 15 more “almost” solved. Suprizingly, only about a dozen of them are in Selzzup.
11/22/2008 at 4:56 pm #189819711 for me, but that’ll be shrinking by at least one tomorrow.
11/22/2008 at 8:29 pm #189819811 or 12, I just haven’t had the time to play like I want to
