I only see a handful of caches available to choose from on the list of lonely caches to submit a report for.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!
Mark

07/15/2015 at 10:14 pm #2041350I see the same here. The ones listed are all for the Cache Rescue missions segment of the LCG.
07/15/2015 at 10:33 pm #2041351the new list is not yet loaded. give it a day or so. I will check with WisKid.

07/27/2015 at 11:00 am #2041676Thank you for your patience, we are working on resolving the submission issue with the LCG module.
We will update when we have it resolved.
until then, please continue to seek out the lonely caches and make note of any additional points you may be due for trackables.

09/06/2015 at 10:30 pm #2042664is it possible to submit a report any way besides using the drop down menu? i’ve tried several times but still get an error code stating I haven’t chosen a cache. The only listed ones are a handful that are up for adoption I think. Thanks
We're old but spunky 😂
09/07/2015 at 10:15 am #2042673At this pointing time there is not a way to submit lcg reports and still maintain the integrity if the finder’s list.
Please be patient for a resolution. Resources are limited.

Temporarily Disable Module09/07/2015The module appears to be in need of owner intervention. We’re temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the module, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the module from being archived for non-responsiveness.
We know, we bad 😉 😉

09/09/2015 at 11:38 am #2042723It has been a few weeks since this was tried, I believe. Good idea TN. There are How To in the secret spot if you want to try.

09/10/2015 at 6:01 am #2042732Hi all-
Wanted to drop everyone a note about what is going on with the LCG. Something changed either on the website or on the Frog’s side and out webmaster (like the GC.com reviewers is a volunteer) and is working stupid, crazy hours for his paying job right now and we are trying all we can to get this back up and running smoothly as it has for the last 10 or so years.
Sometimes the things we want to do crash into the things we have to do and we get tied up somewhere in the middle. Here’s where we are right now.

09/16/2015 at 8:29 am #2042893Just recently stopped by the forums to see what was happenin’ and discovered the LCG module in a state of disrepair and the absence of a Sept-Oct LCG list. I know the fix squarely rests on one individual’s shoulders to manage and that one individual is overtaxed and overburdened beyond comprehension. In this sport with thousands of state players, there must be a few code-savvy individuals with some spare time on their hands? We are a resourceful community and should not find ourselves in this rather embarrassing predicament. After all, this forum is seen outside the Great River and Great Lakes boundaries and what we do says much about who we are. Could the BOD not put out a call for coders to help alleviate this current situation?
09/16/2015 at 10:58 am #2042895Thanks s|s for the inspiration.
At times, we can get to feel like we are on an island by ourselves. It is reassuring to see the remarks above from everyone that shows interest and we are 1st fixing what is needed.
Are there those that visit the site that could be interested in assisting us? The coding aspect of all of this is well over my head but generally all most groups look for are those willing to help out for a cause they feel passionate about.
We are open to feedback of all sorts here on the site and the WGA in general. I know I’ll listen to everyone because you all have a bunch to offer.
I know if we work together, we can come up with a good plan. Don’t write us off! We’ve never failed yet.
