HTML and the DNR link

After putting together a few new cache pages I noticed that if you use the link to the DNR notification form, that the link does not show IF your page is HTML.

I also tried to use the Scrolling WGA banner, which does work.

Is there any to fix this?

And I’m still trying to fix my dang problems with the WGA logo but have not found the cure for that either!!!! 👿 👿 👿
