This report from Golf PRO News may require that golfers register their golf clubs after the killing of a Red Shouldered Hawks like this one.

A Red Shouldered Hawk like this one was killed while making too much noise by PRO golfer Tripp Isenhour when using his driver.

I don’t know what his defense will be after the incident was reported on AP video. CLICK RIGHT HERE NOW for the critics video report

Perhaps he could claim he was just practicing caching like those Wisconsin guys. 😆 … 😆 … 🙄
    What do you think? …

That happened at the end of last year actually. I remember one of the radio shows I listen to was making a big hullabalu about it.

I don’t think it’s cool that he did it, or that the bird died, but honestly, can anyone say he had intent to kill a bird with a hit golf ball? If he was THAT accurate, he would have had a heck of a lot more than two tour wins last year.

I believe it when he says he was just trying to scare the bird away. Was it still stupid to do? Yes. But should he go to jail for “14 months” for cruelty to animals?” No.
