This may be the wrong approach but I was wondering if anyone has the coords to my wife. I can’t find her. Oh sure, I’ve tried the “other” ways, like “get off your butt and come here”, or “If you weren’t on the computer all the time, you’d know where I was”, I’ve even taken part in the “CACHE THIS!” event. Those all worked for a while but now I can’t find her. I have the GPSr fired up and ready to go but I need the coords!

Please help me find my wife!

Cute short blonde with a pretty smile?
    Answers to “Kat”?

    Haven’t seen her.

    Hey Russ!

    Thanks for looking!

Coincedently, I would have figured Cathunter would’ve been able to find Cat.

    Keep me posted.

Thanks Ruth! I’ll give that a try!

MAtter of fact, FOEFN placed this cache in honor of Cat’s graduation from College and her induction into the ranks of Registered Nurses.

How long have you been married? and how hard are you really looking?

      Just kidding.

      #1740378

It’ll be seven years this September. I’m looking pretty hard! In fact, not too long ago, I TURNED in my chair and looked almost behind me!!

Hmmmm…..Ok, I have actually done some research on this one. I am sure that your’s is a Wife of a Hero so we need to approach this seriously.

We have to acknowledge that Wifey could have gone south for the Winter. There are many other places to look, because even a Trashcan “could” loose your wife.

In closing, I would remind everyone reading that His wife was very well known! You could even ask George’s Wife but that would be Against My Wife’s Better Judgment! Then again, My wife says I snore so we should probably ignore her. If we all work together You Will Find It ForSure.

Hopefully things will turn out well and you will Find your Thrill on Blueberry Hill
      .

JJJTBA will assist in anyway we can…

WOW!! Hey Thanks JJJTBA for all the help!! Looks like I need to look elsewhere! Then again, if I leave and she comes back, will she go looking for me?? And what if she ventures in the same direction as me?? Will I ever find her?? But then if I venture the other way, maybe I WILL find her!! But which way??

      Hmmmm…..

      Bobcat,

As an expert in searching for what you seek (I’ve been looking for one for more than 40 years) I can lend a hand.

To state my credentials further, you’ll notice I signed up with geocaching.com on Feb 14th (Valentine’s day).

I’ve even been awarded a medal for “looking for love in all the wrong places” by the WGA vice President (Rhonda of WISearchers) at last years campout.

This kinda reminds me of a childrens game called “Where in the world, or US is Carmon Sandiego.?” Too funny..

Well now! Very impressive credentials indeed! Thanks Jeff for the assist!

Now lets go over the facts:

      I can’t find my wife.

I’ve got a fair bit of Geocaching experience, a newer GPSr, and fresh batteries for back up.

I’ve got my bag packed but must admit, it’s not that nice and well, maybe I can just put some trade items in my pocket.

      I’ve got Cathunter looking.

bnb’s helping out though I haven’t heard from Chiot (puppy) yet!!!

      CB&MB have been very supportive!

      jjjtba is out there searching.

jthorson’s got plenty of experience and is an award winning searcher!! Having him on board is really gonna help!!

Smokey & the Teacher can relate.

And finally, I’m keeping a constant vigil, even resorting to candle light now since that woman turned the lights off in here. Oh, rest assurded! We will find her!!

      Good News!!!!

      I FOUND CAT!!!

Seems she was, well, let me go back a bit.

After the candle went out, I stumbled around looking for some source of light. Any light would do! As luck would have it, I had blinds on the window and all I had to do was RAISE them!! Who knew!!!

Okay, so it wasn’t THAT easy, I’m just so excited about finding Cat that I jump over some stuff! Well, some stuff. I WISH I would’ve jumped over that afore-mentioned bag! The nasty thing tripped me as I was meandering the dark cavernous Geo-room and caused me to fall. My “mature” stature combined with the placement of the nasty bag caused me to reach out into the dark abyss for some sort of hand hold.

The first seemed solid but quickly gave way. The second was equally solid. Finally, I was able to grasp and hold onto something! It, in return, seemed to be holding on to me.

I was safe! I did not fall! Now back to task! I must find light in order to find my wife!

As I arose with new found vigor and determination, I brushed the blinds. The light giving blinds!!

Just then, Cat came in! My beloved was back!! I could not contain my emotions!! I was over come with joy! And then I heard the sweetest words ever uttered by an angel:

When the “H*&&” are you gonna stop staring at that thing and realize you have a wife!!

Thanks a bunch and a bundle more to all who helped me find my wife!!!

      Keep on cachin’!

      Bobcat

P.S. Has anyone seen my GPSr????

Glead to hear things worked out ok for you.

Now stop screwing around and start putting together some outlandish caches for the campout!
