1. I first heard about geocaching in Feb. 2001 from Jeremy Irish, who posted a message about his new “gps sport” in a Yahoo group forum dedicated to gps use: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gpsnavigatoradventureclub/
2. I use my GPS for driving, cycling, canoeing, hiking, boating, flying, and oh yeah, geocaching.
3. There’s bo such thing as too cold to find a cache. See GrouseTales’ posting and photos. However, it can be too hot especially when the skeeters are thick. But I go anyway.
