Okay, lets face it. The Gauntlet is a cache unlike most others. Those of us fortunate enough to walk away from it, let alone walk away from it laughing and not crying should shout it to the world. So, lets start a topic. Submit your ideas for “I survived” or “I Braved” the GAUNTLET patches, shirts, whatever. This could be fun! Now… if only I knew how to upload my submission… 😥 😆 😈
Give this a try here: How To Post An Image
Assuming Lil Otter agrees to it of course….. 😀
I would prefer a patch or a pin – something I can attach to my caching hat. I’m much more likely to be wearing that than a t-shirt at any particular event or something. Or they can be attached to backpacks or jackets.
I already have several cool caching t-shirts – I really don’t need another one.
My $.02. (Sorry, I don’t have any actual design ideas at this time.)
I like the patch and pin idea too, though I never have enough t-shirts.
I think if we do a patch, we should make available, hash marks to represent having done it more that once, since some of us were STUPID enough to torture ourselves more than once, to help out the next group going through. I opted to do it a second time just to see if we could beat our first recorded time. Well…..still make to same mistakes, so time was pretty close. LOL Oh well…. Anyone for a 3rd attempt??
I know… we can make a “Guantlet Guide” patch 🙂
