Well after spending a total of 60 days in the hospital since April 2011 and having a new knee screwed on March 16th. I think I may actually be able to start hitting the trails again. My nephew told me we had better not miss the cache bash and I assured him that we would not.

So, in order to get used to the long walks again I’ve signed up for two walks to raise money for cancer. The first is on May 5th. This is the walk for breast cancer. The 2nd is on June 2nd and is for Ovarian cancer.

If you want to help a fellow cacher reach another goal and can use a deduction on next year’s taxes, please make a donation.

ok. so I’m having problems with this new site. I am Decrepit after all.

Anyways, after spending 61 days in the hospital since April 2011 and having a new knee screwed on March 16th, I think I’m finally able to get back to caching. My nephew asked if we were still going to the cache bash and I had to tell him “yes” of course. I cached with a walker and back brace 4 years ago and if that didn’t stop me, a sore knee won’t stop me either.

As a way to get back to the caching, I’ve also signed up for a couple of walks to raise money for cancer.
