….that only the Trekkin’ half of our team was coming, well…we’re both going to be there. The people who’d signed up for my storytelling retreat that weekend changed their mind and I had to cancel it. I am nothing short of bummed about that, but SO glad the picnic is that same weekend. Now I don’t have to sulk, I have something else to look forward to!
If anyone is in the LaCrosse area this weekend, the LaCrosse Storytelling Festival continues today. I already took my turn telling last night, but tonight there is an adult cabaret, with Kevin Kling (often heard on NPR’s “All Things Considered”) and Celia Farran. Plus adult beverages are being sold! LOL This is a busy storytelling month for me, even with the retreat cancellation.

Good to hear I guess…
I take it that you’re able to get the turkeys there early?
Glad you are going to be able to make it!
BTW, I have heard Celia Farran several times and have always enjoyed it.
