I’m a fan of trying to do my part to help clean and preserve our public places and another volunteer opportunity is coming up to do so again. I considered setting up another geocache event, but I’m not 100% certain I can make it. Instead, I thought I’d post the opportunity here in hopes that a few of you like-minded individuals might see this post, share with others and possibly participate.

The event is called Snapshot day and it is happening across the state. If you plan on caching on the 13th, maybe you would consider taking part on this effort to monitor our invasive species for a couple hours on Saturday morning. Visit this site for the registration link and details.
