          It means if you activate the tag on your car and make it collectable the first person to discover it can have your car.

                It’s a VeeDub which means it is almost a Porsche. It’s already in my collection now along with my other Porsche- wait that’s a police car. I got confused since it said 911 on it.

                I’m from Indiana, sorry.
