Val was just searching the National Forums and heard that JaY MillS (Jim Pitzer) passed away yesterday, I tried to find something on Journal Sentinel Online, with no luck, but there are many posts on Facebook confirming this.
Sorry to read this, and my heart goes out to his family for their loss. I met him at an event, and I remember his email thanking me for posting a picture on one of the caches I found.
We too had the pleasure of meeting him at a couple events. I think the first time at the Geocoinfest multi-event in Kenosha. Our hearts go out to you as well.
