The Thread Stealers have been busy with more than the usual useless drivel. Several of us have been creating jigsaw puzzles on Jigsaw Planet to keep us entertained during these cold winter days. Since January 29 is National Puzzle Day, we are combining all of the links to our puzzles in this thread for anyone to check out at his or her leisure.
No registration is required on the site to do or to create a puzzle, but for our purposes here we would like you to use your own photos when you create a puzzle, and give us some idea in the puzzle name or by a note here of where this was taken, especially if it is a neat place that can be visited, cache or no cache. Keep in mind that other puzzlers who visit Jigsaw Planet may want to try working your puzzles, too.
Enjoy!

01/30/2014 at 1:03 am #1974227Thanks for the new thread! I had done a few from the Thread Stealers forum links, but like you said, hard to go back through the pages to find them.
01/30/2014 at 4:39 am #1974228in memory of Lonely Cache game events of the past at Horicon, I give you

So, how do you rotate the picture for the puzzle? if the photo is portrait, it seems to rotate it…

01/30/2014 at 5:28 am #1974230BigJim had that problem, too. I must not have submitted any that were portrait. I do see some on that site, though. Maybe they need to be submitted smaller than landscape ones or square ones do.
Something to play with tomorrow when the craphas is falling. Right now… :sleep2:

01/30/2014 at 2:35 pm #1974232I’ve only made a few:
The Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone

http://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=2660ec389cabFlower on lava rock

01/30/2014 at 3:15 pm #1974233I haven’t done the puzzle yet, but the sky at Mingo HAS to be more interesting than anything at the cache site itself. I found it kind of sadly prophetic that the oldest cache is basically a roadside p/g.
01/30/2014 at 4:40 pm #1974234Still waiting for the puzzle of ZB’s snow fort.
01/30/2014 at 4:55 pm #1974235I’d call hundreds of miles of lightning and tornadoes more interesting than a PNG.
