3 hours in and over 60%
My daughter has been watching me work on this puzzle (STL) and got the puzzle we got her for Christmas out of the box for the first time. It’s a 1000 piece horse breeds puzzle. I was excited, until she dumped it out on the kitchen table (at 9 pm) and I saw it was those danged oddball twisty/curved shaped pieces. When I see those puzzles on the site, I normally skip them.

03/15/2014 at 2:33 am #1974432All of my puzzles have been made with the “normal” pieces. I don’t mind doing some of those others, but the more pieces there are, the harder it is for my mind to adjust to how to manipulate them.
I have made a few rotated puzzles, but those are all tagged as such and are in a “rotation” folder under my puzzles. I have NOT made a rotated Twisted Limbs one. That would be called a “tornado”!

Look at the sky color not the limbs. I did it while watching basketball.

I wish it looked like that outside now… ๐
And I am way behind on doing any Twisted Limbs puzzles. Maybe since it is quite chilly outside today…
03/16/2014 at 2:30 pm #1974441I see that some of you have already discovered this puzzle, but I was waiting for today to post it here. It was four years ago today that Mathman and One Paddle Short paddled their kayaks up Little Bear Creek to claim the FTF on my Ursa Minor Yildun cache. This picture was taken from OPS’s log of that find.
