We are looking for people interested in joining the 2010 Campout Committee. The Campout Committee helps with the planning and organization of our spring campout, which is held in May.
As a member of the Campout Committee you will help determine the activities offered, come up with a schedule of events, and finalize all the event details. You may also be able to help with hiding temporary geocaches, creating the temporary cache booklet and other printed materials, and uploading geocache information to GPS units. We also need assistance at the event with the registration of attendees, creating nametags, running contests / games, setup and cleanup, cooking and serving of food at the pancake breakfast, and several other duties.
There are no special requirements for committee members, but you must be willing to devote some of your time prior to and/or at the campout helping us make sure the event runs smoothly. Mostly, you must be interested in putting together a fun event and be ready to have some fun yourself. Please consider giving us a hand!
