Well, I think I finally got a GPS/Geocaching workshop lined up for the Discovery Center. We are planning on Saturday, June 16th. Right now we plan on doing an intro to GPS in the afternoon, and then a Geocaching Basics workshop & hunt in the afternoon. One of our members has offered to lead the program, however, he said he is not all that familiar with geocaching. I said I’d try on hunting down some experienced geocachers that might be willing to co-lead the afternoon with him. I am not sure if you and your husband are going to be on vacation yet, but if you are still around and would be interested in helping out that would be great! If that date doesn’t work for you either, don’t worry. I really do appreciate all of the help you’ve already given me. And if you are unable to make it but know of other individuals skilled in this area that might be willing to lend a hand that day it would be great if you could pass along their info. too.
