While playing EVE online and chatting on teamspeak someone began talking about geocaching, briefly explaining what it was and how it was done. I asked a few questions, but was already hooked! lol Two days later I had a GPS unit and was out searching, and have been since. I think I have more DNF’s than finds, but that is changing a bit

    Welcome!

There is an event this weekend that may help you learn a little more with experienced geocachers. The event is in Two Rivers.

Welcome to the sport. The finds get easier as you go. don’t do what I did though. I didn’t understand the difficulty ratings when I first went out and later found I was attempting a 5 on difficulty and 4 on terrain. 500+ caches and I have YET to find THAt one LOL

If you can make it up from Milwaukee to Two Rivers, there will be a number of cachers who can help you and give you ideas and suggestions!

Oops forgot to give the link… makes it a little easier for ya! There will be the opportunity to seek out 17 hides.
