We’re members of the Mississippi Valley Conservancy, and they’re sponsoring a free event next Saturday through one of their properties.

We’ve canoed the Kickapoo, but look forward to seeing a different aspect of this beautiful area in the winter. If anyone is interested in connecting, pm me.
They ask that you bring a favorite winter poem. I’m a storyteller, so I’m guessing I’d be willing to share more than a poem! I’m dusting off a favorite story that depends on tracks in the snow for the finale. Hope to maybe meet some of you there.
