One of my co-workers is looking for info about favorite places in northern Wisconsin for an upcoming article in Milwaukee Magazine. If you can help, post your knowledge here and I’ll pass it along to him.

Hello All, I am researching a story on Northern Wisconsin (north of hwy 64). I am looking for people who know parts of it intricately who can offer suggestions on what to do, where to eat, what to see etc. I am especially interested in hidden gems. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks

Sunday Brunch with a Bloody Mary and a few close friends in any weather is a treat you will long remember.

Cathedral Pines, just outside of Townsend. A sight to see.

Eagle Waters just outside of Eagle River, is a wonderful restaurant filed with antiques and a lot of history. It was an original trading post in the 1800’s.

I have an advance copy of the August issue of Milwaukee Magazine. Mario’s Q’s article about places up north includes Cathedral Pines. After a quick scan, I don’t see any of the other places offered above. Still, it’s an interesting article.
