My partner on Friday has finally logged his finds and it is official. Congrats, Pete on #500 and them some! I was driving and he was trying hard to keep count before we had to get out at the next stop in the cache-rich West Bend area. A few lonely caches kept us distracted and we were up a tree in every town, so it was a fun day for the milestone. So Pete, have you caught up on the counting? Which one was it? Congrats again!

Congratulations Pete. We couldn’t find the replacement today that you and Dave did on Friday. I even fell out of the tree looking which wasn’t a good thing since last Tusday I fell down a whole flight of stairs at home. The best part of this cache though was that my 11 year old grandaughter Emma found the original container laying on the ground a few minutes later. The rest of the group thinks I knocked it out of the tree. Make sure you tell Dave about this. Too bad it wasn’t a milestone for me as it would have been well earned.
