    YIKES!!!! 😯 😯 😯 That’s a ALOT of CRAPAS!!!!! 😯 😯 😯
The 4-wheelie finaly started using the ol’ pull start method. 😕 Not sure what’s up with that? Hard to tell just how much we got will all the drifts.
It was more or less of the light n’ fluffy which after awhile can still get heavy. Deck shovled, Drive way plowed, Cuzins drive plowed…time for a nap!!!

As best I could estimate, we only got around 4 inches of craphas up here. Grantsburg is too far west to get the lake effect enhancement which cheezehead probably got.

It was still enough to cancel school so my kids were happy this morning.

Now that the white craphas arrived, I doubt I’ll be driving anywhere now.

    😆

We just saw George Craphas on WBAY TV 2 and he said not to drive anywhere also…………….winds gusting to 50 mph.

You can trust George Craphas he’s a good weather guy! 😆

    Don’t eat the yellow craphas!!!

AstroDon managed to get 25 feet out of the driveway before getting stuck in the craphas. Took an hour and half to get back into the driveway. Still have a trek to the airport to attempt tonight..if the flight doesn’t get cancelled and we can get out of the driveway.

    Stupid craphas!

They plowed over the grass at work and someone parked on the grass and then realized (s)he wasnt on the pavement…so (s)he backed up but apparently got stuck so they spun…and spun the wheels. My car is totally covered in mud and craphas now….it looks like I took it off roading. 👿

…really I mean totally covered…the roof the hood the trunk all windows save for the drivers side; looks like someone threw a bucket (or three) of mud on my car… 👿 👿

Finally got warmed up after three hours outside snowblowing our whole place plus the sidewalks of three neighbors. Now we have our yard “trails” established for the season. Fed the birds and rearranged some Christmas lights, too. The small front deck had a three-foot drift on it right next to bare wood. The plastic reindeer there had snow almost above its antlers. Wading around in all of this deeper stuff brought back some not-so-fond memories of some caches we did the last couple of winters.

OK. That’s enough craphas for a while now.

I can still see the grass here in Milwaukee. I was just planning my caches for the weekend. I may stay along the lake. 🙄

I heard on the news we got 14 inches here in Menasha. I didn’t have the option of not going in to work this morning. It was iffy, but I did make it without trouble. And we have great plowing in Menasha, so once I got back to the city limits, it was smooth sailing.

Did anyone cache in the blizzard areas?

Yep I got about 4 caches. I even rode my bike to them

After 3 “attempts” my driveway is cleared.

After my back couldn’t take it anymore I borrowed the neighbors blower.

As zuma would say, “I coveted thy neighbors snow blower”.

It only cost me doing the end of their driveway after the plows came through.

I bet the snow bank across the end of the drive was 5 feet tall. Taller than 2 of my kids.

Snow was drifted over our entire front porch when I first ventured out and you could not see the front of either vehicle at all.

I’ve had enough craphas for the year!

Our level of craphas alternates between 0″ on the wide open spots and 4′ on the drifted spots, one of which unfortunately covered about 1/4 of our 20′ wide, 270′ long driveway 8O. Got a 48″ wide blower on the ol’ Johnnie but it was still slow going. It’s a good thing I’m semi-retired…

Well the neighbor who’s car I helped get unstuck this morning came and cleared our driveway of the craphas after the plow came through (about 20 minutes ago).

Using my official craphas measurer that I got direct from the NWS office, we had 14.6 inches in our yard. Drifts were considerably higher.
