Stormy weather could not stop Linus4Cache or lucy92979 from uncovering caches in Jefferson and Rock counties yesterday. They both turned over their #300’s together – just like sisters!
We had planned to head to Peoria yesterday to walk #300. Thought better of it due to Mother Nature’s craziness the past few days. Since most of our favorite caches have been in WI, it was fitting that we started our day in Illinois (Lucy’s home) and ended north of the Cheese Curtain (my home)! Our plan was to cache one by the goddess of all that is Geo, The Lil Otter, for #300 but that didn’t work out… we were there..the cache wasn’t…or so we thought. Guess we should have called in reinforcements…sorry for not thinking to ask for help Cachew. (You know us, we like to get there our way.) Since we were burning daylight, we moved on. Anyhow, thanks for all the encouragement and support we get from WGA members! Wisconsin cachers inspire us in this sport each time we pick up our GPSR’s! BTW, Lucy is sporting a new one w/ pretty bells and whistles…and lots of lovely colors…LOL! #400 by the next breakfast? Hmmm…could be! Maybe we’ll have to log the breakfast as #400! Guess we’ll have to wait and see. One never knows what will happen when Lucy and I start monkeying around. (big smile) Thanks for the well wishes kids! Happy caching~Linus

Congratulations to the sisters of geocaching, Linus and Lucy. The two of you have really been posting the finds. We think it’s great to have each other there to share your enjoyment. Here’s to the next hundred. Happy Caching!
