Local publisher?

Apparently my e-mail conveniently deleted approx. 30 pages of old e-mails within the last day or so so I’m missing all of the recently published notifications. I have the name of the local publisher on the tip of my tongue and I’ve run a few search terms here and can’t seem to find it. I’m probably overlooking the obvious (WisKid or something similar?). I’m in Rock Co.

Also, I read the Groundspeak terms on how to communicate with a publisher but since I have a multi-cache question before I place any of them is it appropriate to contact them outside of a reviewer note?
