And you are. I’m stealing your menu bar placment idea.
12/15/2010 at 6:38 am #1940247I’m just gonna answer the Poll question and say that I like the 4 color idea. Color is good, and the 4 color geocaching array does indeed connect us to the geocaching concept. I wont get sucked into all the other stuff that has creeped into this thread. I’m too new around here and it seems like there is much “deeper” issues than just a change in logo color being argued here. 😉
P.S. Happy Holidays all 🙂 ( a little levity here)

That was easy, now all you need to do is steal the logo replacement idea and lock this thread 😆
12/15/2010 at 4:10 pm #1940249Voted but only for my own enjoyment and not to add or detract from this fun exercise.
I think solid color (like the B&W) would be nice- all dark green likt the current. Then again, it’s what I think. I’m not getting into the other stuff going on.
I bought the coin and the shirt as it really struck me as what geocaching is for me. The coin is in my personal collection (the only one) and will not ever circulate.Following the signals from space.
12/15/2010 at 5:12 pm #1940250As I suspected, of those polled to date who have an opinion, other than “I don’t care”, 76% favor the idea of voting on a logo change and only 24% don’t favor it. This suggests to me that a clear majority of those who voted would like to swap the current version with the better full color t-shirt version. Enough said for the time being, this thread will get bumped up next year.

Like how to have ones logs from geocaching.com get here under recent logs or do you have to manually do the logs here also, or is this a secret only for long time members to know?
if I am reading this correctly—
on the second tab of “your account” there is a space for your Geocaching.com Profile Link.
from Geocaching.com, go to your profile then cut and paste the address bar to the spot on your account Geocaching.com Profile Linkthis should allow the harvester to grab your logs. (I thought that it harvests all the logs from Wisconsin already but wouldn’t harvest out of state ones unless this link is filled in).[/quote]
Ok so I go to my profile but am not getting what this site says it should look like this is what I show in address bar http://www.geocaching.com/profile/ Now if I go to anyone else’s I get a long number after profile.
